Our Projects

Our club participates in various projects throughout the year, including fundraising, community service, and assisting children locally and worldwide. Additionally, we have speakers at our regular meetings to explore topics of interest to the membership. We engage in a number of social activities to share experiences, talents, and our collective interests. These activities offer great opportunities for service, friendship, and personal growth.

Below are some of the projects and activities in which we are involved:

  • Comfort Dolls, making dolls and pillows for children in emergency rooms, ambulances, etc.
  • Clean up, spruce up, and repairs at the New Hope Equine Therapy Center
  • Cumberland Youth and Family Services Food and Gifts Delivery
  • Rainbow Room Diaper Drive
  • Justin Clothes Closet Donation Drive
  • Fundraising Bingo sessions
  • Annual Robson Ranch Craft Bazaar
  • Ring Santa bells for the Salvation Army
  • Deliver Robson Ranch Source Books

 Scholarships

Kiwanis Club of Robson Ranch  Foundation Scholarship Awards.

To help deserving students at Texas Woman’s University (TWU), the Kiwanis Club of Robson Ranch has provided scholarships since 2008.  Over the past 14 years, the club, through its Foundation, has provided $36,000 in support to 35 students. Scholarships are awarded based on academic performance, service, and leadership development and are presented annually.

In addition, we fund programs in the Denton Independent School District with an emphasis on students of Fred Moore High School.   The Club annually presents several scholarships to graduating students.
